ou will be able to find in the Village, a bar, a restaurant(opening towards 10/04/2004), a pizzéria, a pancake shop, a alimentation store, a conference room with television, washing machines with tokens, machine to dry the linen with tokens, karcher for washing of cars with tokens, the shops (newspapers, changes, articles of beach, products local ect…)a service of baby-sitter (on request and paying), a site of carpark corresponding to each apartment.

n Ghisonaccia (5 km of Marina d' Oru), you will find the other trade: banks, pharmacies, great food surfaces, service of first aid (center of help of the sappers firemen), general practitioners & pediatrist, tourist office etc...

INSTALLATION OF THE APARTMENTS

he apartments are entirely equipped: equiped kitchen, refrigirator, electric plates, crockery, room of water with shower & W.C, telephone with hot line, safe (in hiring 8€ /week), furnace with micro waves, electric coffeemaker, arranged terrace, read BB (on request and paying 16€/week) for the studios reads provided baby, the maisonnettes are gathered by modules and are either in ground floor or in stage. The maisonnettes type C are equipped with a bath-tub or a shower.
Water in the apartments is drinkable. The public prices include/understand the hiring of the maisonnette equipped as well as the loads (water & electricity). Loan of domestic iron. Heating (not included/understood) 28?/week and per maisonnette.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN : the household linen is not provided but can be rented on the spot: sheets: 8.50 € per week and anybody, bath towels: 3.80 € per anybody and week.
STAY TAX : (obligatory) it must be regulated on the spot with l’arrivée.
GUARANTEE : a guarantee of 200 € is to be deposited the day of your arrival for each rented maisonnette, either by a cheque or N° of your credit card, the species are not accepted. It to you will be restored the day of your departure after an inventory of fixtures. The animals are not allowed The "official" handing-over of the keys is with 18h but can be carried out earlier if the apartment is already ready.
